Proprietors, Peter & Allison Blatch understand the need for personal and quality service when it is most needed after an accident (whether minor or large) and the inconvenience that car accidents cause.

They advise when taking out insurance or renewing your policy that you ask the insurer questions about what will happen when a claim is made, are non-geninue/used parts to be used on the vehicle and do you have a choice of repairer in the event of an accident. Don’t just assume “it will never happen to me”. In some cases, these are the issues that customers are not aware of until they have an accident and go to claim on their insurance.
